Loved this series. Excellent price. Packaging is sturdy and easy to access. Comes with a nice booklet with summaries of each episode on the disks.

The way they packaged the DVDs was very good. I liked the binder covering it very easy to find season and episode.

The package was great, if youy were a fan of the show you'll enjoy this set very much. It has all 10 seasons and some extras too.

This is a top notch complete collection. Other than the disc being packed too tight, the quality of the product is amazing.

Never had the chance to witch this TV show, but am looking forward to seeing it. It was listed at a good price.

I bought it for my dad and he never uses it he just wanted to set to get the newspaper it comes with it. I don’t think it’s worth it since he’s a Spanish speaker and it doesn’t have that option when you’re watching it. I also don’t think the cd’s are safely put as well.

Discs are a bit hard to pull out, but overall, great deal!

If you are considering buying the series box set then you must already be a fan. This is a great show with very good actors and storyline. This set has what you would expect - all 10 seasons on 62 discs. Every Smallville fan should own it. However, there is one caveat everyone considering this set should be aware of. The packaging was very poorly thought out. With 62 discs, this set weighs in at over 9 pounds. The issue is that with 62 discs, every disc is very, very tightly packed in. The dvd's come in two rectangular shaped "books." Each book contains "pages" that hold 2 dvds on one side of the page and 2 dvds on the back side of the page. But they are really sealed in there! and nearly impossible to get out without risking damaging the discs. I bought my set at Best Buy, went home and took out 4 discs from Season 10. I noticed 2 of the 4 discs were scratched. So I decided to go through and look at every disc in the set and found that about 40% #no kidding# were scratched. The design of the set is such that the discs slide in to a cardboard sleeve and are so tightly packed that when you try to take them out there is a ton of pressure on both sides of the disc leaving the bottom of the disc #that your dvd player reads# rubbing against the sleeve on the way out. I promise I was extremely careful taking each one of them out. I got online and looked up reviews from amazon and saw where a ton of people were having the same issue - lots of scratched discs. So I took my set back and exchanged it for another. This time I took it home and tried a different approach. Basically, the only way you will be able to get them out is to seperate the front and back of the cardboard sleeve the discs slide into. The sleeve is held together by a double-sided tape similar to weatherstripping. When you peel the front and back of the sleeve apart it relieves the pressure from the discs and you can get them out much more easily. But in doing so, you are kind of damaging the books that the discs come #imo it doesn't really do much# but you can always re-glue the sleeves back together once you are done. In doing this a few of the discs were scratched just a little but not to the point to where it affected playback. I would strongly advise you not to put your discs back in the book once you get them out or you'll put them back in harm's way again. I just put mine in a dvd portfolio. I hate that I can't use the storage "books" the set came with, but ultimately my main reason for buying the set is to watch it, not to have it look pretty the way it came. Overall, great show. But definitely be aware that the discs are highly susceptible to scratching and will likely have some on there when you get it just from where they were placed in the books at the factory. The challenge is to find a way to get them out without damaging them any further.

I've been a fan since I was a teen lost them all in a move but I'm glad I waited for this! I got a good deal on this for only $80 minus the rewards that made it to $30! Huge savings!! I wanted to wait to see if they do it all in bluray but oh well I'll get the other seasons on bluray .
