Feels nice in hands and looks very sleek. You can fold it and it makes a little stand for your iPad.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who recently purchased an iPad Air. It's nice to have the cover that isn't so bulky and slim enough to put in a small messenger bag or laptop bag with our items there. Plus, it was really easy to put on.

The cover is an elegant dark blue leather, feels great in my hands. It's not a super protector if I dropped the iPad on it's corner, probably average protection. But I wasn't looking for a heavy-duty case, just something small and attractive.

I did a lot of research before buying a case for my new iPad and this was the best I could find. The magnets are decent but I wish I didn't have to hold the part of the case that covers the screen to the back of the case when I had it open. Other than that it's just what I wanted.

Apple did a great job with a slim profile that still protects. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is the cost. There are plenty of other covers for significantly cheaper, but I definitely don't regret the purchase

This case is an excellent choice for the iPad Air2. It provides solid protection both front and back. It also converts into a stand if you want to use the tablet in an upright position. If you are interested in this, MAKE SURE you buy the case labeled for Air 2. The Air case does not line up with the buttons and camera and will not work with the Air2. But the labeling is VERY small on the side of the box so check it carefully. The only downside to this case is that is very expensive. But if you're willing to spend the money, you'll like what you get.

I wasn't sold on the smart case at first try but now see that this is a versatile and durable case that keeps the slimness of the iPad. Although I wish for a double layer slit for easy one hand holding, this is a highly recommended case ...

This is a great case! It's protects the while iPad and looks good while doing it. I love the fact that it weakens the iPad when you open the cover and turns the iPad screen off when you close it. It's a little pricey but worth the money.

Fits snugly and better then the old magnetic cover that I used with the older model iPad. I like the fact that it covers the back too. It's a bit pricey for what you get, for the price it should offer better protection but I suppose the trade off would be a heavier product.

The case is slim and all iPad buttons are very easily accessible, thanks to the case fitting like a good ve. Leather is good quality and l would definitely recommend this product!

This is a replacement case for my iPad® Air 2. I first purchased an after market case to save money. After a few months it fell apart allowing my device to fall out. The Apple - Smart Case is the way to go... much better quality.

If you're buying this case it's not for super protection its for styling and good functionality. I'm sure this would survive a very short drop, maybe 3 feet and under but for that protection otterbox and lifeproof are where you should be looking. What this case does well is offer good styling with high quality leather finish and a slim profile. The front cover is great for keeping the screen protected. The automatic sleep/wake function works seamlessly and the two viewing angles it provides when folded work really well. It does accommodate screen protectors but be careful about the thickness because the magnetic closure doesn't offer a lot of space between the screen and front cover. Other than that it's a really good case with great access to all the ports and buttons. If you're looking for a functional case with some decent style this is a great buy but if you need super duty protection look elsewhere.

This lightweight case is so awesome it has a magnet and my stylus clips right inside and is folded up when it's closed. It does not hold my book open like my old one did, but I rarely need that now since my iPad air two is so light.

Case works awesome, not cheap material, great overall. Only complaint is the best buy store had it on display for $39.99 and when I got to the register it was $79.99. They refused to honor the pricing but the case itself is great

Have used everyday since purchase. Folds to set iPad in good position for use. Always turns iPad off when it closes. Red color makes it easy to find. Magnetic covers allows me to keep up with stylus as it clicks on outer cover edge.

Had an old iPad 2 so was time to upgrade. This is a good size (think the Pro is a bit too large for me) and the weight is better for holding and reading. Screen is clear and response time is faster for both video and games.

Purchased this cover for my wife's iPad Air 2. She really wanted pink, but the pink that Apple makes in this cover does not look good, or pink at all. Anywho, this is a nice case, leather, so it costs a little more, but she likes it and it protects her new iPad well.

I've bought cheaper cases but they rip or split and aren't really worth the money. The genuine Apple iPad case is lightweight and made of leather. I've had these cases since my iPad 3 and have never been disappointed with them.

Definitely an improvement from previous smart cases that didn't protect the back side from heart-breaking scratches that gave me nightmares when I realized that a single small peculiar scratch could literally ruin your life...

This case replaced a smart cover because I wanted better protection against scratches and scrapes on the back of the unit. It is very high quality and luxurious leather.
