I didn't pay for Apple Care on this product nor bought Best Buy's warranty, so I needed more protection. I didn't like it's flimsiness, the embedded magnet was losing strength after a mere couple weeks so it wasn't staying closed as well, and I refused to buy an overpriced screen cover. That withstanding, I returned the product and bought an Otterbox case for it instead. I know some folks hate them because of weight and size increases, but I'm okay with those issues since I can (*and have) dropped this new iPad multiple times without a single issue while encased. My advice, if you're tough on your stuff or it might get dropped at all you may want to invest in a stronger, more durable case.

I feel so safe using my iPad with this protective cover! It's basic yet sleek and durable. However, there really isn't too much to it---why the heck are these things so expensive?!

New IPAD AIR 2 is so light, and when used with the SMART CASE, it's like your holding almost nothing! Case fits perfect and love the Auto Shut Off when closing cover..

We love our new cover for the IPad Air2. It is good quality and folds easy to function as a stand. Like the darker color as it won't show dirt as much. No complaints.

I originally bought a cheaper smart case which was a mistake. It didn't last more than 6 months. Plus the hole for camera on the back of the iPad didn't line up but it was clear so it didn't matter. So I decided to get the more expensive Apple cover. What a difference! The case is substantial and I won't have to purchase another for a long time, never or until I purchase an iPad upgrade.

Yes it costs more then non Apple cases but I have always been totally satisfied with the fit, finish and durability...so I stay with what I know works.

Yes, protection is important, but at what cost? This cover provides the magical combination of essential protection but remains sleek and lightweight

I like this case because it does provide protection on the front and back of the iPad & you can also fold the top cover to use it as a stand; perfect for watching videos, etc.

I did not like the bulk of some of the bullet proof cases that are out there. This one protects the pad and keeps the screen "naked" as I don't like screen filmes either. If you like your iPad protected but not bullet proof then this is the right case for your.

This is a beautiful, lightweight leather case for IPad 2 air. I like that it protects my iPad well without being bulky. Only drawback is the price. I hope it will last a long time.

The case fits very nicely, it's slim and lightweight, and stays shut well with the magnet flap. Blue color is great! Only drawback is steep price.

This does everything that I wanted and more. It wakes up my IPAD and is a nice stand as well. The fit on my device is perfect, no excess bulk.

Apple cover that fits incredibly snug. Let's you see that your iPad is still thin. The black cover has a really nice contrast with my white faced iPad I purchased. Now word of advise, don't drop it with this cover! I'm sure something will break or dent.

I like the product because it is thin and lightweight, yet protects the device. My only complaint is there isn't a way to keep the lid closed when you throw it in a bag or purse.

I've bought another case from a different brand and not even a month later it was already breaking. This one is a lot more sturdy and the material you can tell it's better. Previous one wouldn't automatically turn on/off the Ipad but this one does.

This product is not bad but it is not great. When I am trying to watch Netflix in bed it is very unsteady and falls all the time. When I am using it on a desk it works perfectly. It is very lightweight but I am under impressed.
