This case is great for those that want a case that protects your device on all sides, but isn't bulky or detracts too much from the slim design of the iPad Air.

this was the only case I could find other than the outrageously priced otter box . I was angry at the price and you have to be careful. I asked which would fit my iPad 2. The almost same case had IPad Air 2 and iPad 2 on the box. You have to look on the back, at the bottom, in the very small print to see which one fits your iPad. There is a very , very small difference between the sizes and the camera etc are placed slightly differently. But once you get the correct case, it's amazing. I love it.

I have been a faithful Otterbox user for the past several years but hate the bulk...put this with a Zagg shield and I am in love.

This is Apple's own case for the iPad Air 2 (cover + back), continuing the design it established with the third generation iPad. I have had three of these cases over the years, and they do their job well. The magnetic latch feature is very effective in turning the display on and off and locking the iPad, and the case provides basic protection. It's not a ruggedized case, so if you need heavy-duty protection, this isn't the case for you, but for the basic protection it provides, it does the job nicely.

This case is very durable and covers the iPad well. I highly recommend it, especially if you take it around town or on trips.

If you own or considering an iPad Air 2 this is a must.It provides great protection along with making your iPad easier to use.

This case is pretty sweet. I really liked the simplicity of the "smart case" this one has just a little more "leather," but it is worth it because your case doesn't fall off when you aggressively place it gently in your laptop case. It is a little pricy, but worth it for me. It is likely the only case I will ever buy for my ipad.

Case is perfect doesn't add much bulk or weight. Super functional for typing, watching videos, storage, etc. Love the feel of the leather and it's easy clean up and durability. Wish the magnets were a tiny bit stronger, and a brighter color selection would be nice.

This case is very light weight and durable compared to other cases I have had. Great product and would highly recommend!

I have tried a number of different cases for various iPad models over the years. This one from Apple is definitely a winner for an iPad that will not be abused. The kids will always get an Otterbox or something similar because I don't want to replace an iPad that was dropped. But those tend to be very thick to carry in a briefcase. The Apple Smart Case is thin and light, really not adding any bulk at all which allows it to carry well. The leather finish looks professional in the office.

Product is quality and fits well. Bought for 9.7 iPad Pro, but due to relocated magnets, does not work. Still a very nice piece

This case is very basic but is lite weight and provide a good amount of flexibility and protection for my iPad.

Fits iPad air very well. Light weight. Chose the color as it is easy found. iPad does not move and is very secure.

As usual Apple came through with a great sleek case. Thin, light, but protective from normal usage, not drops.

You want decent protection for your Ipad Air 2, but you also want to be able to appreciate how thin and light it is , and this case does both !

Looks very classy and not bulky. Needs a little cleaning every now and then with leather cleaner but no big deal.
