High quality kit from Best Buy that was easy to install. Definitely worth installing new cables than utilizing the old.

I bought a new dishwasher from Best Buy to replace my 23 year old dishwasher, yes it was time. The original waterline had never been replaced so I decided a new one was in order. It was recommended I purchase this one and it was a good choice. The old one was definitely wearing out and I would have had to replace it anyways. Hopefully the new one will last a long time as well.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher and it came with all that was needed for a successful installation. The purchase of this kit was recommended by the sales person and that is OK as Best Buy was gracious and refunded the cost. In summery, should I have a need for a dishwasher installation kit I would go back to Best Buy and purchase this one. I had the box open with the contents laid out and ready to use and all components appeared to be of high quality.

I had several plumbing projects due in my home so I had my own Plumber come out & he install my new dishwasher too. If he thinks a plumbing part or fixture is not a good product he won't use it. He had no complaints about the Smart Choice water line & Power cord kit. It only took him a few minutes to install the new water line. I didn't need the cord because the system behind my dishwasher does not require a cord.

Oh for the old days. I remember when you bought an appliance it came out of the box ready to run. Now you have to buy the power cable and for wet appliances water lines. Our dishwasher went out and I reluctantly bought the add on package. I was leery because the last time the water line was impossible to use because of the extreme sharp bend required at the dishwasher. I was pleasantly surprised that the new Bosch was designed to avoid this and I could actually use the water line that came in the add on package. Overall each part that we used out of the package did as it was supposed to. That is about all you can expect. Based on past experience I would advise that while in the store actually try the water line on the dishwasher. It will save you an additional trip to the store like I had to make last time. If the bend is too extreme, buy what you need piece by piece.
