The installers did use it, but they only used a small portion of it and then took the rest with them. Seems like anything extra should be left with whoever purchased it.

Would ask for them anytime I have a product coming within their scope. Can't take pics, because it's behind the machines. Guys are great!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Warning if you buy a gas appliance at best buy think twice before shelling out for the install package as they will not install it- they drop it off and expect you to hook it up. This purchase of the gas line was misleading- at store they told me I needed it for the install and then the installers refused to install- I would have kept my previous copper line had I known I'd be hooking it up- thanks for swindling me on the install and the addition of this unnecessary line.

Additional part & technicians’ visit required!

Required a separate visit — additional fees and tge device that came to be installed was not tge proper one… tge service technician ms required the disassembly of the entire dryer only to discover tge part they had did not fit. Somehow they managed to “make it fit”. Not certain tge drying cycle is up to its full capacity but I have no way of evaluating this isdue. Other than notiytgst not all the drying loads are fully dry at tge end of a single cycle.
