I am very pleased with my new Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer. The middle drawer is a plus. Everything I wanted in a new one and even better. The delivery and installation was pain free.

This item works perfectly with our LG and the Best Buy installers were amazing. We added this with the rest of our system and it has been great. No installation review pro/con because it was done by the BB team.

much higher quality than many included kits; it was required for installation via geek squad and I am glad I had it as the existing one I had was not the best quality

I am so happy this is the stainless steel type water line. I just had a friend that had her older plastic type chewed by her cats while the refrig was out for some wall repairs. Don't think she would have had a problem with this one.

This stainless steel hose for connecting your refrigerator water system to your plumbing is the way to go. It seems uncrushable though I did not try to crush it. The connectors were quick and easy on both ends with just a pliers.

So, I never actually saw this product, as the Best Buy installer put it in. Since then, it has been hidden behind my fridge. I can only assume that it works as my ice machine and water dispenser are working very well. Also, there does not seem to be a puddle of water coming from under the fridge.

So far so good. No problems, It is something that you will need for connecting the water line to your refrigerator

The product was adequate for the new refrigerator. I am glad I purchased it with the new refrigerator and not assume the old ones would work. It was a good idea to purchase the stainless steel kit.

This item was purchased at and installed by Best Buy. It beats the heck out of the old plastic waterline on my old refrigerator which leaked several different times before it settled in. I like the idea of a stainless steel waterline for the strength it provides.

The water line that was installed on my first refrigerator I was able to use on new refrigerator because it had been a short time from exchange of refrigerator.

Nice quality and better than the pvc tubes you can buy. I feel confident that this waterline will be leak free for a lifetime.

This was perfect because my builder had left some issues that were going to make it hard for the installrr to set up the fridge but it ended up working great because that is all I needed. Really impressed with it!

Best Buy asked me to rate this. I am not really sure how to rate a non–appliance. I guess the best I can do is say it is a necessary part to make the refrigerator work, it is stainless steel so it matches the appliance and it was the part recommended by my salesman who by the way was awesome.

Well, they didn’t leak so that’s a plus. Easy to install.
