    My refrigerator was not installed correctly during installation and leaked in my kitchen. I was stranded with a leaking refrigerator in my new kitchen, and Best Buy could not send someone over as soon as possible. My refrigerator was replaced after a month, but the ice and water machine froze. A technician came to my house to repair the new refrigerator, and he had to return because the parts were unavailable. I would not recommend buying an appliance from Best Buy. It is a nightmare.

    Hello, do not add this item at checkiut without verifying the length needed with a plumber not in the FAQs or customer service representative. Our plumber was out of town then got sick so today he came by and said the line was too short to reach the water source. Unfortunately, the return window closed and we are stuck with an item we did not need. On top of that we had to pay for another one so added $45.00 to the final cost.
