They won't install the appliance unless you pay the higher price for their install kit. The installer took that extra parts not used even though we paid for them.

The Best Buy install and delivery guys installed this but it hooks up great and provides a nice pathway for efficient venting for the dryer. no issues to date.

What I didn't know is duct work coming out of the house can be oval. Make sure you check to see if you need a converter before delivery and installation... otherwise you may end up with no dryer.

I'm not sure how old the previous set up was, but surely at least as old as the ancient dryer I just replaced. The new set up seems to work - the dryer works and dries quickly, so I guess all is well.

Outstanding equipment and everything is working well

I Bought this with a new washer and dryer. I was a quick hook up with no problems. Just be careful not to be rough while installing it because it's not made of steel or rubber. It's not meant to be durable, just to vent hot air.

Make sure you get a brand new one. Do not reuse old vents, since this will be clean and last for many years. Of course you will need it. We had it professionally installed with the dryer.

Just reviewing on here to rave about the Wonder service. The guys that delivered it were professional and showed me how to use the washer and dryer, They provided a tube that I forgot to purchase. Great service

We purchased this to use with our stacked washer and dryer. We needed a long vent and this one works great. There was some vibration against it when we first ran the washer but I made some adjustment and it sounds fine.

Good bundle, but awful ordering process. Had to go to the store because not available on line. Had to go twice and after all order was canceled at the next day for no reason. Call back and placed order again. Very frustrating.

Only part of this vent was used to hook up the dryer. It works well for its intended purpose of venting heat from dryer.

Clean easy venting and hookup. The hose is quality and come with everything needed to hook up the the dryer and home vent pipe.

I ordered a new washer and dryer set a little under two months ago. When selecting my set online and placing it in the cart it added the required dryer vent kit. It was not needed so I returned it for a refund.

It does require more space than the vent it replaced. That means the dryer sits out from the wall about 3 inches more than it needs to.

Like that Best Buy added recommendations at checkout for the additional parts needed to install our new washer/dryer.

Any time you install a new dryer you need to use new fittings. The old ones get sticky inside from use and lint attaches to them. This kit is all you need to avoid problems and make your new dryer last a long time.

Nice and rigid duct line. It seemed like it was easy for the installers to use in place of the old plastic duct line. No issues thus far.
