My handyman had installed our new dishwasher and we had this Dishwasher Install Kit with it. He LOVED that because it made his job MUCH easier. The week before he installed a dishwasher without the kit and that job took too long. In about an hour, he was able to uninstall the old dishwasher, unpack the new dishwasher, using this install kit and have our new dishwasher up and running. It's a good idea when you replace an old dishwasher just to have a new install kit with your new dishwasher. The lines can be gross and for $30, it's really not that big of a deal and helps prevent problems you may having retaining the old stuff. It was a good move on our part to get this, as it was recommended online when we bought this dishwasher. Great deal. Highly recommend.

This install kit is a complete set for dishwasher installation. Basically, it include everything you need for dishwasher installation. So if you are going to install a new dishwasher and don’t know what to purchase, then this is the one to purchase. The plumber also highly recommends it. However, it should be noted that this install kit has a 6 feet hose. If the dishwasher is placed slightly further away from the drain pipe, a longer hose may be needed.

The item is perfect The installation was excellent Your computer system had a glitch - I kept getting texts that my order was cancelled, I was unable to get a human on the phone, couldn’t track delivery - I was so thrilled when they showed up! Even after installation, I’m still getting texts saying I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

This review is based on input from my husband, who did the installation of the dishwasher. You can go to a local hardware store and purchase the items you need for a typical installation; however, we found it very convenient to purchase the kit and have it delivered with the dishwasher. It comes down to a matter of convenience and not having to run back to the hardware store because you forgot to pick something up the first time. This kit has all the necessary parts needed for a typical install. IN OUR CASE, we did not have to use all the parts included; but my husband did not have to make a run to the hardware store to complete the install, as he had all the parts he needed to do the install.

The connective parts for my washer were installed very professionally. No problems.

This kit had everything we needed to install our new dishwasher. We replaced an older one and thought we would have everything we needed but the hook up was different on the new one, and this kit had everything we needed. Much easier than trying to buy each item separately.

The installers used this kit to install our new whirlpool dishwasher. Since our old dishwasher connection kit was as old as the dishwasher it made good since to put in new hardware with our new machine. Better safe than sorry! Hoping for extended life on this kit and the new dishwasher. Also BestBuy requires this kit with a new installation for warranty reasons.

This review is for the "Smart Choice - Universal 6' Deluxe Dishwasher Install Kit" I purchased this kit to install a samsung Stormwash dishwasher, the hardware required for the install was included in this kit and most was useful. However, there was one annoying problem. The Samsung Stormwash install requires the use of their water supply nut with the 90 deg. 3/8 elbow provided in the kit. The problem is that the Samsung nut does NOT fit into (slide into) the elbow because the elbow is to short. Had to buy another elbow with a longer length so that the Samsung nut can slide in. Other than this, everything else was useful and compatible.

This dishwasher replacement install kit looks like an overall better product than what was originally there. The installer had no problem connecting it, which looked like a very simple installation, and so far no leaks and no problems.

Installed my own dishwasher, and this is the only thing I needed. Very easy to use, and comes with a ton of different options.
