I wanted something that would protect my tablet but still be light and easy to use.

Bought this because I wanted some good protection without all the baulk. Also wanted something that looked good. The real leather got my attention but the price was a big turn off. Also liked how it puts the screen to sleep when you cover up your iPad. It's lite, thin, looks great, and real leather. Just wished they had more colors for the smart case as they do for the smart covers and had a lower price. Over all am pleased with the purchase. One star taken for price.

It is a perfect fit for iPad Air. It is thin and light and protects the screen well.

I purchased this to protect the screen from getting scratched while not being used at home. It works well for this. The other benefit is that it also folds into a stand. My only other options seemed to be a heavy and bulky case. If I take it with me out of the house, I also purchased a sleeve for it.

I needed a cover for my new iPad. This cover provides protection for the screen and is not too bulky. It also folds back to reveal the camera. Finally, it can fold to be a stand for the iPad in landscape orientation. The only drawback is that the magnetic connection to the iPad is not the most sturdy.

I wanted a cover that would protect the screen when my iPad was in its keyboard case, but would also serve as some protection when I was using it outside the case. This one fit the bill. It takes up virtually no room at all and doubles as a stand when reading or typing without the keyboard case.

Case is really nice. Bright color so it's more difficult to loose the iPad inside. Also like the fact that Apple donates part of the price to 3rd world countries. Now I always buy the special red leather cases for iPad and iPhone. Super protection and usability as well as helping others less fortunate than I. Great idea. More corporations should consider similar programs.

It protects my iPad air very well and does not add extra bulk to it, it fits it like a glove! I like that its very well made, good quality materials. I wash my hands a lot and often apply hand lotion, this case is stain resistant!! I really like it!

This is my favorite Ipad cover. After sampling a few different covers on my previous Ipad, I ended up purchasing this one and so of course I bought another one when I got a new Ipad recently. My favorite feature is the slim yet functional design. It turns the Ipad off and on, keeps the glass clean, and serves as a book/tv stand without adding bulk.

I recently bought my first iPad Air 2 and wanted a cover/case for it. I didn't want anything too bulky, so I stuck with the Apple Cover. I got the "pink" cover - but it really looks more salmon. It's really a nice color and goes well with my gold ipad. It snaps on tightly, lays flat - looks great. I've only had a couple of issues - first, the cover causes the screen to have lines - this is only noticeable when the screen is off - and I'm assuming they will clean off - like fingerprints. Second issue is sometimes the cover will not stay folded. This has only happened a couple of times, and usually when on a soft surface.

Pretty much saves a little battery by closing out the screen faster. Turns into a smal stand but nothing like other covers out there that can make it a little easier to use on a desk without it laying on it. However, the Air @ is suppose to be light and I did not want to weigh it down with a bulky cover. So that is why i went that route.

I bought this on sale when I got my iPad Air 2. It didn't fit properly because the Air 2 is thinner but it fit perfectly on my iPad Air. The cover offers protection for the back of the iPad as well as the screen and the iPad Air fits perfectly in the case. Also, the Smart Cover turns the iPad on when opened and off when closed.

Good quality speaks for itself. This cover fits perfectly, closes smoothly and is thin so that it does add any depth to the thin-ness of the I-Pad. I has a soft yet substantial feel and was easy to put onto the I-Pad Air.

I've purchased many of iPad cases but to no avail. They are either too heavy, too bulky or I just didn't overall like them. I got this one for about $60 and have no complaints. It is durable (I have been known to drop the pad a few times), it looks good and it's pretty light and easy to put in my bag or just carry by itself.

I really like this case a lot. It protects, is lightweight, and has a great cover that closes securely. The only drawback is that the camera lens is slightly obstructed by the case. To take photos, I have to remove the case. Otherwise, it is great.

I found the smart case gives better protection if you were to drop or bump your iPad on it's side or a corner. I liked the bright color of the red one. Using the cover as a stand could be designed better, but so far I have not used it that way very much. I still think it is a great cover if you use your iPad a lot.

Cover fits well as one would expect. Functions well as a cover and stand and feels durable under light to medium use. I personally enjoy being able to remove the cover for some tasks and the magnetic unlocking is an essential feature in my eye. All in all this cover is exactly what I expected from Apple.

I liked my previous cover for my original legacy iPad. When I finally replaced it with the iPad Air2 the only cover I was interested in was this. My first cover was orange and I practically wore the color off. This bright green compliments it nicely and makes it stand out if it gets buried in the laundry.

This is a good cover for home use, it doesnt serve much protection for the whole ipad obviously, but it does lock the screen upon closure and protect the screen while covered. Its also is a good stand when folded up behind the Ipad.
