The iPad air case is specifically designed for the iPad air by Apple. It is far superior to a mere magnetic cover since it also perfectly protects the back of the iPad air. It is extremely lightweight and very user-friendly.

I love this smart cover. Perfect for someone who isn't too clumsy with their electronics. I wanted something that didn't add any bulk but protected the glass from minor scratches from being in my bad and this does the trick!

This is a great, light alternative to my heavier Belkin I usually use. The magnetic adherence along the spine is awesome to use, and the case keeps my IPad well protected while staying light during those times I need it. Nice!.

It's a good protector and cover and lightweight enough to be carried in purse. Stretches out too soon at seams, however, needing replacement after a very few months.

Covers one side - the glass one (duh). Automatically turns device on and off - that's cool As light as can be and still do the job - great Takes basic shapes that cover 99.;99% of need. What part of what problem is left? None.

It protects the front of my iPad but not the back. I like that it folds so it creates a stand to hold up the iPad. That makes it easier when using a separate keyboard.

This is the best fitting cover for the iPad if you want to keep the sleek profile of the iPad. It doubles as a stand in 2 different positions. You can get it pretty cheap as most accessories for the Air are on sale now.

Nice simple case for ipad. Keeps screen safe and automatically shuts off ipad when you close it. Just right if you aren't looking for anything fancy or bulky.

Even though the Smart Cover is protective with its rugged durability it also has a Soft Side as to not scratch the surface of the iPad! Oh, and it doubles as a very handy stand for reading and viewing videos!

I really like the way the cover shuts off the ipad. I am glad that various colors are offered. It fits perfectly on the ipad and keeps the unit very light.

Love this case, it's light weight but yet I feel like my iPad is protected. The automatic on when you lift the cover is a plus. Would definately buy again.

This product is amazing and is so easy to install and use. Not only does it keep the screen safe and dust-free, but it also helps to quickly bring up the display upon opening without having to swipe and unlock.

This cover really does not protect the entire iPad, rather it just covers the screen.... but ok otherwise

I have been getting these covers since I started getting iPads. They work great and have allow you to position the iPad a couple different ways. Try and get them on sale because the price is a little high and the magnets could be a little stronger. The main reason I get these though is because I like putting a hard plastic case around the back of my iPad and a screen protector on the front. This way I can take the Smart Cover off and the iPad is lighter and just easier to use than having a full-size case on the thing. Still protects it but allows for some customization.

Nice bright color and slim, lightweight style I was looking for. A little pricey but happy with the leather especially given that I got it on sale.

Can't go wrong with the Apple iPad Air Smart Cover. The blue color is great and it provides the basic protection you need for the screen and doubles as a stand for better typing and viewing angles.

The Apple Smart Case for the iPad Air is a nice option for someone looking for a leather case. The fit is snug. It offers good protection against scratches and falls. The cover magnet is ok but could be stronger. It will pop away from time to time. The cover offers protection but the hinge does not allow for it cover to close flush. Not a big deal but some May find this annoying. All in all it is a good case but it is a little pricey compared to other cases a available.

I have used an Apple smart cover on my older iPad, and now on my new iPadAir2. I find it so convenient, versatile as both a cover and a stand, and offers great protection to the screen surface

Lightweight and thin. Love how the magnetic cover snaps on perfectly. A very simple design that gives you options to angle /view your ipad.

The cover is convenient and serves as a stand as well. The ability to remove it and enjoy the iPad with no extra bulk is a real plus.
