The Geek squad installed my lights very carefully and professionally,

The Geek Squad installed my lighting in a quick and professional manner despite the problems I gave him by mixing up my wifi passwords. He was patient with this senior who gets confused occasionally about technology. I'm thrilled to now be able to control my lights in the house with my voice through Alexa or with the app on my phone.

Getting an appointment is cumbersome, and the waiting time is excessive. I finally did some research and fixed the problem myself, which begs the question what am I paying you for?

A very nice feature, but the technician who set up my TV mount didn’t seem to get it positioned exactly the way I was hoping. He said it was because of the studs in the wall.

Geek set up 5 Hue lights & the box that goes with them. He made 3 as a timed light, per my request. Of which one is the porch light. Only thing I hate is when electric goes off/on, the lights automatically kick on! Even in the middle of the night!

He was able to help me with my whole set up! I had problems with all the apps I needed to be able to sync all my lights to different areas of the house but in this case he was very knowledgeable on helping me with everything needed and saved me a lot of time!

Technician was not able to mount my TV over fireplace, however I appreciate that he took time to explain to me the risk involved in damaging brick in the process.

In my experience with Geek squad have been outstanding. Agents have mounted Ring doorbell, and security cameras around the house finding the best angels giving advice and customer satisfaction. Although service is over priced at $199, I waited for $99 special.

The agent arrived on time as scheduled. The problem was solved within minutes, thank you.

I set up Geek Squad to perform services to replace smart light bulbs. They performed the service including replacing bulbs and setting the WiFi correctly. I am happy with the work that was performed

The technician installed my ring chime and my outside lighting they were very courteous and knowledgeable of the products

My Hue lights worked and it was great and then they didn’t. As a last resort so tried Geek squad and they saved the day. Amazing!

I'm so glad we didn't do this ourselves, but they made it all so easy for us to take it from there. Luke and Tito were very fun and friendly, and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. It was our first time dealing with all this Smart Tech, and it went smoothly!

The 2 guys that installed are lights and programed the system were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend them for all services.

The two geek guys were really good. They were able to figure out why previous sets up failed and got things working quickly. Geek squad is a huge need for people like my sister and I who like to use technology but are not always great at getting it set up.

I have the tech plan and been a long term member with them and the services were good and here we are paying double for what should be included in the plan already. $250 just to mount a tv on the way. $150 per room to put up Led strip lights that have adhesive on the back. The prices are excessive and not worth the membership. $179 for nothing! BestBuy get your act together youre ripping everyone off!
