Installer is good bestbuy process to schedule appointments is very bad . Most of the bestbuy customers service agents are knowledgeable about the appointment process. Bestbuy agent scheduled incorrect appointment i had to wait until install date to find out about the incorrect appointment. Then required to make new appointment. So i wated 3 weeks in this process.

We spent forever going over lighting in the store with an employee and they assured us they can install them. No other questions were asked and we jumped on it. Guy shows up and says I don’t have a ladder to do that and we can’t install those and seemed upset they sold us the service.

Terrible and not what i was sold. I was told wgen i bought my lights that they could be installed. Tech got here and said, "all i do is set up wifi". Nothing was installed, waste of yime/$.

Have issues with a few things and have contacted home advisor twice and never hear back from him. Disappointed as we use Best Buy/Magnolia, Geek Squad along with Home Advisor for all of our Home Needs! Been a Best Buy Elite Plus member for at least 3 years in a row I would recommend our Geek Squad Installer as I doubt he even knows of our issues.

I’m still waiting for two of the Hue lights I purchased and for lights in the back to be fixed. It’s been four months. I’ve contacted the rep I worked with and he was going to check on my order, but it’s now been three weeks. So not real happy at his point.

Paid for multiple separate smart light installs thinking they’d ensure it was put up right and the day they installed it, the lights started falling off. Contacted geek squad to come back out to fix it almost a month ago and they still haven’t called back. Absolute waste of money.

They never confirmed and never showed up. Our “consultant” took 4 days to reschedule it - by then the next available date was over a week later. Shockingly bad service.

I told them I needed there 3 party service to do The work. Had to re set up and then couldn’t even do it .

Terrible experience. After having the install team fail to meet commitments on 5 separate install dates I gave up and canceled the order altogether. Some times they would call me halfway into the scheduled appointment time to cancel and other times they wouldn't call at all and i soulful have to call support to find out what was going on. On 4 of the 5 occasions i was not given a reason for the cancelation and i was always told me only option was to reschedule. This was all extremely frustrating and disappointing.

José and his partner from Geek Squad installed led lights to the back of two of my tv they made sure everything was working properly and showed me some cool features on it. Very friendly and helpful.

They did not fix the issue. I told them that charging me for the service was not legal or fair. If I took my car to shop and they did not fix the problem, why would I pay for the service. The supervisor on the phone was rude and not willing to listen.
