Product description is inaccurate. Description states that this device has biometric capabilities. This device does not have this ability. I chatted with support and they were no help at all. They first claimed that this device has biometric features. After I insisted that this model doesn’t have this, they claimed that I was sent the wrong item. I was passed around through a couple of agents and felt like they were just doing this to get me frustrated and eventually stop trying to get this resolved. I never got a resolution for this.
They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience either.

I've had this product about 6 months. It was great when it worked. Now, after installing fresh batteries, I'll get a Super Low Battery warning after less than 24 hours. I think it was due to an app update, but it might be an electrical problem because the battery drain is absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately I will be returning.

The battery drains extremely fast—lasting less than a week. After the battery dies, it completely loses connection to Wi-Fi and won't reconnect, making it really unreliable.
