    This never happened before, that’s why I’m saying fair, but it should be poor. Somehow in Best Buy’s system they changed our schedule date to the day before they were supposed to come. Then when I called they couldn’t arrange it on the original date so we had to reschedule to the following week. The next date comes and apparently Best Buy never scheduled it with the 3rd party installer. So, again, we had to reschedule. My wife took off several days of work to be home for the install. All Best Buy was willing to give us was a $25 gift card. Horrible.

    Noah L., the consultant lied to me about Ring Securing System and subscription and has continued to ignore my phone calls, texts and emails since January 2023. William, the Armor Security Tech has come to my house 2x. He has done an okay job but is dismissive and seems angry or infuriated both times he has come in.

    I ordered these and scheduled install in September and it's currently the last weekend of October and they've no-showed 3 times. Still don't have them!
