I've always wanted a direct connection for my iPhone into my car but felt I could not afford it. Got discourage when Best Biy did not carry the product for my year car. But salesperson told me they install the gateway device even if it wasn't purchased at Beat But. So I purchases it on my own and had them install it for me. It's great!

This and a handful of other auto installs were free after purchasing Total Tech Support. Multiple upgrades made my late model car more safe for my daughter. She has hands free, CarPlay, and a backup camera to help keep her safe.

They did a great job installing my Bluetooth kit. They hid the receive button and the mic where you can't even see them. Then showed me how easy it was to operate it. Very satisfied with the performance it works great with very clear transmission. The whole process went smoothly.

Love this purchase! Wanted to listen to music without interfering static through radio, and this has worked perfectly! I traveled from PA to NC and back with clear listening the whole way. Can listen to anything audio on my phone, whether downloaded music, Pandora, or anything on the Internet. Worth the purchase for sure!

I was extremely pleased with the sale person and the installation of my transmitter adapter. The sales person explained the installation process and the cost. The installation was done in less then two hours which was less time then anticipated. Then sales person explained how the unit worked.

The guys who worked on my BlueTooth install were very knowledgeable. They were upfront about scheduling and showed me how to use the device. My install took a long time...and 3 separate trips to BestBuy before it was complete/working.

It was obvious from the start, the technician doing the installation KNEW what he was doing. He was meticulous in making sure he didn't damage in anyway my vehicle, and when he was through, you would never guess the vehicle interior (dash) had been disassembled to perform the installation. I was impressed.

We were looking at upgrading vehicles, just to have blue tooth access --- this is a much better solution than another car payment! The conversation is clear both ways and it is easy to connect. We are so happy!

I provided the part, it works. Just wish the phone button on my steering wheel would answer the calls not just skip songs using steering wheel controls. The part was also placed a location not easily accessible however, we'll hidden

Finally purchased this after market aux port and love it! Added bonus is the super charger. Sound is great. Glove box door can be shut while the cord is in use. Installer was top-notch professional. Bears repeating: I wish I'd purchased it years ago.

Had to go to Poughkeepsie Best Buy for installation & the guys were great. Everything was installed perfect & they made sure I understood everything about the install before I left. I couldn't ask for better service.

I came to Best Buy knowing what I wanted, but not knowing if it existed. I described my needs to the Geek Squad Member, and he told me about something even better for about the same as what I wanted to spend. Better product. Better expertise. Better installation. Best Buy.

I would recommend this purchase to anyone who has an older model vehicle and who doesn't want to change the original equipment. Very satisfied. I had it installed in Tyler Texas and the installer took such an interest in doing it to my satisfaction I was so impressed.

I would highly recommend BB install....appt tech took me right away and installed radio in my jeep in less than 30 minutes.....great job and looks/works great

I had an auxiliary set up installed in my car. This was quick, easy, and incredibly reasonably priced. I have had similar work done on my car in the past and I am incredibly thankful for the warranty through Best Buy and the professional work!

Thank goodness that a more experienced salesperson intervened and helped us find the right product. We still were sold an extra connecting cord that was actually in the package! The installers caught the mistake and returned the extra merchandise.

Danny is the man when it comes to installing any product on your car. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though there were "Best Buy" issues out of his control he was able to advise me on the best way to get job done and very friendly.

Hooked up a blue tooth thingy for me and all I know is I'm streaming all kinds of stuff through this thing. Didn't take him too long and he didn't break anything. Brought my 07 Sequoia into the 21st century .
