The installer was great, the B. Appointment system is crazy. I live one hour from the Destin store and was told i had to have an appointment to buy a car stereo. I knew the item i wanted and would have preferred to pay by cc over the phone. After i drove to the store, the radio had to be ordered and then i could not make an appointment until the unit arrived at the store. Then i received an email that the item would be returned if i didnt come get it. The best appointment available was 5 weeks away and would rather leave the radio at the store until my appointment came up. Something is very wrong with this and i say Bye Bye Best Bye!

The young man that installed was very helpful. He was concerned about having the correct resources but he was able to successfully install the radio and set it up. Very good interaction skills and professional. I am enjoying the new set up.

There were a few hiccups with the process, but our install tech went above and beyond to get it installed, Best Buy hires an incredible employee to install it. There’s absolutely no damage and everything went together beautifully. If we ever get any other car goodies they’re getting installed by Best Buy.

Great installation of the cable integration into my Pioneer Head Unit for utilizing my Apple devices. The Technician did a great job with the install, he really had very little space behind the Head Unit to work in but got it done. Another job well performed by my Best Buy Technician.

I had an existing USB connector in my Jeep, and the tech was able to reconfigure the port to connect to the new stereo, so I didn't need to have any extra holes drilled for new parts, leaving old parts disconnected and useless.

Best Buy on Barry Rd in Kansas City North has Steve who is an awesome installer, has great customer service! He installed a double din in my Aspen... its seamless, works and sounds great!

The smart phone was integrated with a microphone in my car when i installed a new Kenwood HD radio. It works flawlessly. I couldnt be happier.

My phone plugs in and Android auto works as it should most times. Sometimes the wife's phone doesn't like it.
