    Team was VERY helpful in getting my robot set up. I learned that my issue was not really related to me being unable to set it up. I had to upgrade my router to a newer version. They were very helpful in offering advice for me to solve my issue. Thanks for your unbiased assistance!

    I paid the $129.99 for setup on 11-12-2025. Today is 12-18-2025 and I still have not had my in home setup. This whole experience has been one big hairball. I'm supposed to contacted within 24 hours to have my home setup scheduled, once again. I've repeatedly had appointments with techs that were No Show - No Call. I expect your response, at this point, to be to give me the in home setup AND to refund me the $129.99! This all began when I drove 45 minutes to my nearest Best Buy because the smart mop/vac I received via online purchase was defective. The store required me to purchase a 2-year warranty along with an unbox/setup which came to $389.98 in order for my product to be exchanged for one that works. I'm shocked and disappointed with my Best Buy experience. BEWARE!
