    The Geek squad saw to my critical need of replacing a damaged smart phone while on international travel. They seamlessly helped me select replacement device, migrate ALL of my data safely and had me completed and out the door in a very reasonable timeframe. THANKS!

    It’s was so fast I was shocked! We were in and out in 5 minutes! My old equipment was taken to be recycled and shredded. I brought documents required and it was service w a smile. Had an appoint so I avoided regular line and had one person a head of me.

    Superb service. Alpha was the Geek Squad associate at the Reynoldsburg Columbus store who did my data transfer for my new iPad. Excellent, caring service. I highly recommend this store and Alpha in particular.

    I visited the Geek Squad. Had an issue with part of the setup with the phone. My experience was absolutely amazing. They took care of it in just minutes and i didn't even have an appointment.
