Enjoying my new toaster!

I’ve had a Duolit for 20 years, and really just wanted a change. I’m definitely enjoying the Smeg—it’s super easy to use, and easier to clean than my old Duolit. The smooth, retro aesthetic is another plus.

Best toaster ever !

I have been through too many toasters that never toasted evenly and this Smeg is the answer ! I get many compliments on it as well.

Disappointed

It didn’t. We tried 2 different pieces of bread and neither toasted the same on both sides. It was returned.

Best Buy will do nothing about it because it’s past the return window but I purchased early as a gift. Unbelievable they sell you a used appliance for $200 and now we do nothing about it

Never toasted evenly...dies after 10 months

I haven't even had this for a year and it has completely stopped working. Nothing. When it was working, it never toasted evenly. I expect way more for $200. Don't waste your money.
