Buyer beware . Item never recieved and promised a resend and they never sent that. It’s been two weeks now and no response or resolution. Please check prior to purchasing any items in Best Buy to make sure it’s not a third party shipping it. I’ve been a card holder for years and did not know they started using third party companies for items listed on site. This was a big mistake . The company shipping out the item did not ship to correct address and promised to reship with no reship done. They are non responsive at this time. Best Buy support will not help resolve issues if the items states third party in their site as the shipper. So I’m literally out of a movie , can’t get either party to refund my Best Buy rewards and credit card amount for purchase. Best Buy states it’s seller responsibility but they are not holding these third party companies responsible for there customers . So I won’t be a Best Buy card holder after this poor customer service service experience and lack of responsibility. ATTN. Do not buy anything listed as POPMARKET as the seller . This is the company listed for this movie as seller and they took my money but I have not item and they have not even tried to refund it and lied about replacing it . No item reship and no item recieved on original order placed as well . Best Buy do not use third party vendors o. Your site if you are not going to take responsibility for these business you do business with. Go back to selling items as you did . You are not Amazon and atleast Amazon takes responsibility for the vendor that sell on there sites. If merchant did not do what they should have Amazon handles it and provides replacement it refund immediately. No longer a customer after this incident you Best Buy nor POP Market handled this transaction appropriately
