At the time this game came out it was pretty good. I always enjoyed the slow mo kills. I never got a chance to finish the game but still an overall good game.

i really like this game, it was fun and i liked being a sniper

the first 2 leves are fun after that it is the same thing. shoot people in the head and watch brain come out. I can spend my money on much better games.

This is by far the best pure sniping experience out there on any platform. Graphics are very good and GRAPHIC (kill depictions are NOT for kids or the squeemish!) Missions are challenging and offer multiple routes to success. The difficulty can be tweaked to meet your skill level. Addictive game play, challenges you to try missions over to perfect your results. In-game perks available to the observant (try shooting the grenade hanging on an enemy's belt, watch for randomly-scattered target bottles#. Great multiplayer options. Close combat is difficult in tight quarters if you are not careful. Solution is to remember you are a sniper, keep enemy at a distance and wait for opportunities that don't create undue risk. You are not an army, so don't take on an army all at once. Well worth the price and right now #Oct 2012) it's on sale at 20% off! If sniping sims are your thing, this is a must-buy!

I love the whole idea of this. I have always played Call of Duty ever since it first came out, and like the sniping levels, so the old school aspect and familiar controls are nice. Some things aren't realistic though. For example the Thomson submachine gun... some guys you have to shoot like 5 times at point blank range before you take them out. It's pretty stupid. Sometimes you can shoot a guy through both lower legs, even see it in magnified slow motion, and they're still walking around afterwards. Speaking of which, the X-ray kill playback is kinda cool, or at least would be if it was once every now and then like if you got somebody important. It gets very annoying when you're mowing down an entire army and seemingly every 3rd shot is a slow motion playback. I'm more interested in gameplay. The controls are very sensitive out of the box. Turn them way down for better results. Audio is annoying too. Everywhere you go there is this loud cloppity-clop sound as if you're a horse. Wish there was a separate "run" button like on COD. Also every single time you look through the scope you hear your heartbeat. It's not realistic or helpful. The graphics themselves were nice. It's mainly the controls and audio that I don't like.

The perfect alternate to the modern fps!! Its perfect for the realist with windage and bullet drop but has settings for a casual player, amazing xray bullet kill cams so much fun and endless replay value, and the multiplayer is flawless and great for both players. Highly recomend pickin it up

The long range shooting is very cool in this game but the close combat fighting is pretty weak. If your favorite part of COD or Battlefield is taking long range shots, you will love this game.

Overall this is the best sniper game on Ps3!! The game play is challenging with realistic controls to account for wind and distance. The game offers you the chance to make amazing sniper kills. The storyline is short but fun. The kill shots are graphic and not for younger plays. If you like sniping this is the game for you!!

Best sniper game to date. X-ray kills are especially gratifying.
