    I needed a desk telephone for my business, however, this is not the correct phone that need and I have been calling the Southlake, Georgia Best Buy to find out how to return the item. Please provide instructions as I have been unsuccessful. Thank you and Kind Regards, Rachel McCullum

    Sucks that it does not have a power cord: it does not even have a link to buy one referenced anywhere on BB or in materials with unit.
