Snow thrower performed well with 4inches of snow but doesnt work as promised 12inches. Its does not throw the 20ft distance advertised. Also important components are made with cheap plastics. handle lock broke on my 3rd use and the replacement parts are out of stock!! So product is useless!!

This unit could work in powder snow, but it wet snow it proved to struggle. There was no ice below or above sno and the snow joe could not handle 3-4 inches of wet snow. I gave up and shoveled the rest of the driveway on the first attempt. It continued to snow all day and a few hours later I went out to try the snow Joe with only 2 inches on the driveway. This is when I noticed the handle wasn’t working well due to both plastic pieces cracked that hold the handle to the blower. Now the only way to use it would be to make a stint for both sides to hold the handle tightly to the mower. Buyer beware!

This little workhorse is perfect for our sidewalk and back decks. Lightweight and maneuverable, it’s fun to use. It powers through fresh snow like a hot knife in butter. Hard-packed or heavy, wet snow and you’ll struggle. As long as you understand its limitations, you’ll love it.

Genuinely impressed by such a small snowblower. Handles any snow that isnt ice or ridiculously heavy. Would buy these again

Not happy with the purchase, Does not work to satisfaction. on an 8 inch snow, still leaves about .50-.75 inch of white sheet that you have to clean using a shovel. I am returning this item and would not recommend it. I got attracted to the price.

Was able to use the electric corded snow blower recently with a heavy wet spring snow. It did an adequate job of removing 6 inches of snow It was tiring to push the blower, although probably easier than lifting it with a shovel.

Purchased the Snow Joe 625E and it works great. I forgot to register it for the warranty with the three month free extension so I called. Luigi Medalle was friendly and helpful, as a courtesy he gave me the extension and even spotted an error (mine) and corrected it. Now the warranty will cover Two winters! Thanks Luigi!

Amazing, go get one! Makes things so much easier when it snows.

Product is a life saver for my husband! Easy to set up and use

It was easy to assemble (all the parts were there) and worked from the first try. The hardest part was waiting for the snow. When the snow came it was a foot of it and this machine handled it like "No problem" One thing to watch out for - make sure the blower tube is pointing away from you.

Worked just as I wanted it to. Used 1 time so far, 4" of wet snow. Built well not great but for a small driveway and sidewalk works perfect. Definitely happy with the purchase.

Broke the first day I plowed with it. Been in my garage throughout.
