We got the snow blower as a deal of the day. It was easy to set up. It started with the push of a button, not the usual pull-string on gas-powered blowers. It was somewhat difficult to push through the snow, but it was a heavy, wet snow. The problem was it died after one length down the driveway. It stopped and would not start again, no matter what we tried. The batteries still showed a full charge.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He opened it up Christmas morning, put it together Christmas noon, and it started fine. He proceeded to try to clean about 3 " of powerful snow . He did about a 5' strip then started another strip, but only got about 2.5', the machine sputtered then stopped but wouldn't restart. He rechecked the fully charged batteries, reexamined the machine but it still would not run. My husband is really good with mechanical things of all kinds, but could not get the snow blower to work. We are extremely disappointed and are returning the machine for a refund!

I'm a Best Buy loyal customer for 30 years but that doesnt seem to matter. Bought this item for a Christmas gift. Covid prevented me from delivering it to the recipient, my Mother in law who lives across the border in Canada, until a couple of weeks ago. She was thrilled until it snowed. Opened the box, charged the battery and this showblower worked for only a few seconds. After that, nothing. Snow Joe support tried but couldnt help. Item is a dead piece of junk. To make it worse, Best Buy told me the return period has just ended so they won't touch it with a ten foot pole. Brand new and doesn't work! Just read the other reviews on this junk. Ugh! I'm trying to understand Best Buy's perspective, but I only see bad customer service for a crap item that they likely know they shouldn't have even offered for sale in the first place. No good options for me but to throw it in the trash. Please don't buy this item unless you like to be sad.

Snow joe only worked properly 1 time. After first use didn’t throw snow more than 12 inches. Good idea, being light and started first time, but no endurance.

Not adequate for my needs. Batteries died after about 20 minutes. I don’t want a cordless snow blower that I will have to recharge the batteries to finish my driveway. I live in a condo. Association will do anything over inch and one half. I was hoping this little snow blower would relieve me of shoveling 1 1/2 of snow. I have a lot of battery operated devices that perform well. I was hoping the technology had advanced enough for snow blowers to run on batteries.This snow blower worked well for 20 minutes . 20 minutes just isn’t long enough for my needs. I have a two car wide driveway about 30 ft long. I’ll be returning this. Would only recommend for light snow and a small area.

I bought into the positive reviews, but ended up disappointed ☹️. I was hyped to try it after a snow fall. Got everything put together and fully charged batteries. Turned on motor, blew just a bit of snow, and the blower died!!! Double checked, tested everything, but blower would not turn blades to blow snow. Sad...

Motor was burnt out before I even used it. It lightly snowed in colorado and my husband used it, 2 feet in and it stopped. The snow was 2” IF THAT. Returned it that same day. Better off getting something from home depot instead.

Pretty easy to handle, good for medium storms and properties. I replaced a real beast of a machine that was too hard to handle.

Returning. Got the first snowfall of the year and it couldn't handle the less than 2" we received not to mention it is almost as loud as a gas 2 cycle. Already spent the money to buy a gas powered 2 cycle. This might work ok in Kansas or further south where they don't get more than a light dusting but for North Dakota it just can't hack even a light snowstorm.

Piece of garbage. Worked great for about 5 minutes then died and never turned back on.

We just returned the second one after both did not work. Cheap, flimsy, and both quit working after 5 minutes of work. Absolute garbage. The manufacturer also has horrible customer service.

Battery doesn't last as long as we had hoped. Very easy to use.

Went together in a snap. Lightweight. Easy to push. Will get a good tryout in the morning! Big snow coming down right now.

What a great little machine! Extremely lightweight and simple to operate. Have used it several times this winter and it more than met my expectations. Cleared the driveway and walkways down to the pavement. The batteries last the whole time, which I was skeptical about, and because it’s battery operated, it’s a simple, user friendly machine!

this is my second blower and i have used it twice and now will not work again

Great product! So convenient and for it just running on battery it works amazing!
