Its a good snow blower for light snow and small accumulation. When we first bought it we had to get a replacement battery because one of them wouldnt charge but the company gave it to us at no charge. I do find that it will stop working if there is too much snow. I have to let it sit for a few mins and it will start up again. For what it is its not a bad little snow blower.

This blower functions well in the snow, whether a mirror one to 2 inches or even 6 to 8 inches. Many of the operational features are smartly designed. However, the battery charger is the most stupid and outdated design I have seen in any battery operated device, The directions clearly say you must pull the batteries off of the charger as soon as they are charged. I do not know of any present charger without an automatic shut off, so the batteries do not overcharge. This technology was outdated after the turn of the 21st-century. The fact that this company uses battery chargers that DESTROYS batteries if overcharged is absurd. And I am not making this up; the instructions clearly say the batteries will be destroyed if overcharged, and unfortunately I did prove this by accident. It makes you wonder if they do this just so they can sell you replacement batteries for a high price. Who in the world has time to sit in front of a battery charger for several hours to watch the light turn green when the battery is charged? It really is stupid. Now there are other brands of battery operated snowblowers. Look at them instead of this one.

Had an electric Snow Joe for a year. Got tired of dragging/flinging/slipping on the cord. Gotta keep up with the snow. This is perfect for me, a 68-year old woman, for my huge deck and clearing out front driveway where the snow plow cant fit. Also, i clear out a wide path for my fuel delivery man to get to the tank. I live in Alaska, and we got dumped on this winter. Only problem i had was when it rained/snowed at the same time, then froze. Just left it. Hopefully no more snow. March 2022.

Do not waist your money, battery lasted a total of 4 seconds

It stopped working after 1 year. I think it is the battery, I will try to replace it.

Worked well in light snow but needed strength th to get it through wet snow. Doesn't throw very far. But it does rather job.

Great for flat surfaces. Works alright on my brick walkway. I am able to make it work on my gravel driveway,enough to help it melt faster and get some traction.

Easy enough for a senior citizen. Works wonderful for my driveway.

This item was actually delivered to me kind of late but worked great

Finally something I can use on my small drive that isn't a shovel. The battery is great cause my drive way is normal big so it lasts long enough for my purpose.

Got this as a Christmas present in 2020 but never got a chance to use it until this week. It's great! Easy to assemble, which is more like snapping together. Lightweight but sturdy. Battery lasted for the whole job and then some, about an hour. I have a long driveway and average length of sidewalk in front of my home. Snow Joe got through about 6 to 8 inches of snow. Might have been a bit easier if the snow hadn't been so waterlogged. As a middle aged lady, I was glad to have it and not have to pay someone to shovel.

Used it once was never able to use it again. Batteries won't charge.
