While waiting for it to arrive it was discounted an additional $180, I called in to ask for the price match and they told me to let them know when I picked up the item. It is now back at full price and I will ask for the price match when I pick it up, I have a photo of the lower price and hope they will honor it.

Good looking snowblower, but had battery issue

I contacted the manufacturer and the 12-Ah batteries are out of stock. Said they would put me on a waiting list and I should contact them in 4-6 weeks. The 12-Ah batteries are pretty much out of stock everywhere. Fortunately, I was able to find one on eBay and it works. I haven't been able to try the snowblower out on actual snow yet, but it seems to have a lot of pulling power. Hopefully I will be able to try it out soon.

Seems like a common problem. Contacted customer service. After some back and forth they are sending me a new charger that is suppose to charge the battery faster. I reminded them that it wasnt an issue with charging speed but an issue of dead batteries. No response since.
