Good tool, won’t work on any snow that’s not fresh

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give this product a 2 star, as one of the arms ("Left Frame" came with the notch incorrectly set, so I was literally unable to assemble. However, calling SnowJoe support, they signed me up for the free 2 yr warranty, and shipped me an entirely new unit within a few days. (and a shipping label to return my defective unit) New unit TBD on mfr quality, but have to appreciate the great Suport at SnowJoe. Rest of unit seems reasonable quality, given price compared to other models seen online. I purchased when on sale.

I thought this would roll over them and still clear enough snow to let the rest melt/slide off. unfortunately even fully unwound its still pretty high off the surface and doesnt get under the snow.
