This is not a children's movie. The movie is a take on Snow White and the script certainly contained a wicked Queen, a mirror, Snow, 7 dwarfs and true love (maybe). It was interesting, but totally different. Lots of action and not to much to the love story.

When it first came out a few years ago it was so pretty good however when I purchased it in UHD and felt like watching it for the very first time all over again I must say the UHD movies are definitely a Smash Hit with me phenomenal Graphics are excellent and I must say if you are looking for a heck of a movie experience I strongly recommend you HD

Interesting take on the Snow White story. Theron was great as the queen, Hemsworth as the huntsman, however Kristin Stewart seemed miscast. In any case the story moved along nicely and was enjoyable. I would recommend this movie.

When I was young I loved snow white and the seven dwarf's, I love the fact that she had final won in the end and got rid of the evil witch. But in this film it is pretty much the same but with more of an adult twist to it.But overall a good film to watch.

seeing this movie reminds me of Jason and the Argonauts how much pleasure as I have been watching that film for many years so anyone who sees this movie Snow White and the Huntsman is definitely going to enjoy it and having it to their DVD collection or Blu-ray. and I can't wait for part 2 to own ,to my DVD collection. Loved the more realistic view of Snow White, and the dwarfs,,, pretty much all of the characters. A good lesson for kids to trust their own self for who they are and not their outside appearance, and to judge others by their character also.

As usual Charlene Terizon superb acting. Kirten Stewart decent. Story line., run of the mill. The special effect very good. Enjoyable compare to many other movies that should have never been released like Gods of Egypt ( not worth watch much less purchasing ). It was Really bad and worst. Will wait for sequel which I believe will be another hit

Good film in a sea of "snow white" craze. There has recently become a fairytale craze and especially a snow white one it seems. This film is 10X's better than Mirror Mirror. Chris Hemsworth is the best part of this film by far! He is a very good actor. And Kristin Stewart doesnt suck too bad either! Some great special effects dealing with the evil queen also! All in all a good film!

Just as all remakes, they had a different take on this movie where the princess ends up fighting for her kingdom instead of the usual prince rescues her. She does get some help and guidance from a romantic interest. Overall a decent movie.

I had seen the trailer for this years ago, but did not go see it in the threatre. I picked the movie up at Best Buy for a very inexpensive price. I enjoyed the movie's special effects. The movie was suspenseful and kept my interest.

Well, I've seen the movie before but if this is a review specifically of the best buy product then I can't say because it's still in the plastic. However, I didn't hear it jiggling around loosely in there so that's a definate plus.

Being a film enthusiasts, I believe the casting choice was great, except for snow white. She gave the film a weak vibe portraying her average self as she does in all her films. The effects and cinematography werr great and the overall experience was fun.

I watched this movie during a free HBO preview on the Dish Network. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie and then I had to go out and purchase the Blu Ray disc. In addition to a very good movie this item has one of the most beautiful steelbook covers I have seen.

the Blu-ray version if this was excellent but the only way to watch this really is on 4k. this is a whole new twist on snow white and I would venture to say a split off or prequel story. at any rate it is a great stand alone film but running a double movie marathon with the follow up film , also on 4k, is even better

...this video is just awesome in 4K. I enjoyed watching it as I purchased it when I purchased my new Sony X 800 D from Best Buy. Also bought cables in the Magnolia section of Best Buy. Received excellent customer service!

Great movie for the whole family I enjoyed greatly and enjoyed the whole experience and twists and turns this movie offers I had seen it in theaters and enjoyed it so much I had to get it for my personal collection

The previews looked really good. Movie itself let me down a little. Wasn't what I expected. The special effects of the movie were great though, especially when they showed the fairies and other woodland animals.

This was a visually beautiful movie on Blu Ray. It is even more so on 4K Ultra HD. I have a Sony XBR 4K TV and recently purchased OPPO Digitals new 4K player. I am still experimenting with settings but this movie really shows what 4K can be. By the way, I really REALLY enjoy watching this movie.

Watched the other Huntsman movie prior to this one. Would have been a better experience to watch this one first. Good movie for kids to watch. Of course the plot is totally different from the Disney's Snow White
