A classic that should have came out sooner recommended

Top notch product but low quality shipping system. It was delivered to the correct address but sent in a flimsy thinly padded envelope which was no protection from an object that easily made a deep and obvious dent in the steelbook's front cover.

I am only writing this to add my voice to the other reviewers. I live in a different state, but my copy of this movie was ALSO sent to Kentucky. When I called support, it was a weird phone call; they sven suggested I contact "the local authorities", which has never been suggested to me before. What is going on, Best Buy? I want to own this movie but right now I'm too scared to order it again.

I would have review this at a better stars for the beautiful movie. Instead I gave it a one star or preferred zero stars for Best Buy not sending me my 4K film. It was sent to Shepherdsville, Kentucky and not to my home address. So for now on I will just pick up the films and not have them shipped to the wrong state!

Same as other reviewer. Item shipped to Shepherdsville, KY. I’m in Florida. Took over 3 hours to resolve issue. Have to wait two weeks for credit for purchase. I just wanted them to reship item but that was not an option

Same here as the others. The package was sent to the same warehouse in KY. Called the service desk, and they told me "the item was damaged", I checked the tracking information and it was in transit until a sudden U-Turn to KY, At least they return the points I used for the purchase.

After seeing the other 4 reviews, I preordered this, and I have no idea where it ended up. It was shipped, delivered, but the problem is I live in Illinois.

nope disnt get mine. said it was delivered to chino ca but am nowhere close to that. I hope this doesnt happen to all items shipped including preorders.

There is no sound on either disc. The case is nice though and I guess for 9$ that’s all you get

While Snow White is a classic for all kids, the Steelbook package lacks visual appeal.
