Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When compared to my Rootbeer Soda Mix, this is actually higher in calories, total carbohydrate, and sugars. The cap says "lightly sweetened" which tastes true because it is not really sweet at all, but yet there is more sugar than the Root Beer. Lastly, the lines inside the cap do not protrude enough for me to see the 1/2 liter line when pouring.
