It just doesn't get any better. Purchased two Lenovo laptops and the Geek Squad went to work setting them up and answering all the questions I had. Called them the other day with an issue and got a tech almost immediately. He listened to my issue and walked me through what I had to do. Perfect!!!

The tech who came to my home seemed to be very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him. We were to have data transfered from an old computer to a new one. Unfortunately, due to slow download speeds via AT&T, this process would have taken days on some things, so basically we accomplished nothing and had to schedule an in store service.

I cannot say enough good things about the Levittown Geek Squad team. They are so intelligent and patient, and they explain everything (in simple terms for someone like me who is learning about the technical aspect of computers) in an understandable way. Did a good job installing Windows 11 for me . It works great now .

The agent helped set-up my new Samsung S25 and how to operate it. She was able to connect me to Spectrum as well as all my contacts, apps and everything else I wanted. Also helped load my pictures and videos onto an external SSD.I'm very happy and on my way.

The beaumont bestbuy store had to reinstall the software and after i had to bring the laptop back to the port arthur store bestbuy because there was something that needed installed
