    Did not fix problems.

    Tried for hours to repair, to no avail. I ended up with original problems plus at least one new problem when they completed repair.

    Unable to resolve issue with adobe photoshop unable to open. Tech seemed unsure of how to proceed and in the end unable to resolve issue

    A problem with a insignia product

    I had a problem with a insignia blue tooth adapter not working. The technician did all kinds of things and the call dropped in the middle. In the end it took another company to solve the problem. I wasted $100 on geek squad.

    I carried my cup in three times each time nothing was done and the person working on it seemed to know nothing and was too busy talking to costumers with complaints about something that Had had nothing done to their computers to be seated

    Say No to Remote Service

    Do not use remote service! They charge you and do nothing. Take you machine into the store and save duplicated charges and many days, Over an hour and they refuse to credit the charge for a service that did not work
