I have waited a looooooooong time for my favorite band to return and return they did. They are showing younger bands how it's done. Props to them for putting out this quality album on their own. I love it.

All of the tracks on Sol Invictus fit perfectly into the progression and brilliance of Mike Patton's idea of rock. There are depths to these tracks worth diving into, changes in styles and intensities.

Sol Invictus is an interesting album. You honestly can't expect another Real Thing. For the year it is, and the quality of music...I think it's a great album. TOp tracks worth listening to: Superhero Black Friday Motherfu**er

I have always been a big FNM fan and yet I was still a little unsure when I heard about the new album coming out. This CD is great. I listened to it for a several days straight. Highly recommended.

On a personal level it's hard to recreate the magic of the original FNM albums. This new album is more along the lines of their most recent work before the band went on hiatus. It's still their unique sound and still well done.

Faith no more are back with their first album in almost 10 years and seemingly not missing a beat. From soulful songs to headbangers- Faith No More has it covered here with their legendary sound still hanging in the distance.

Been a long time since they had a album,kinda wish it were like their early stuff but still good songs

as a fan of faith now more i was looking forward to the first cd in years from faith no more. it has not dissapointed. as good as the 1st 2 albums. enjoyed listening to evry song.

This is what you would expect from Faith no More. This album is good, it is also short. If you are a fan of FNM you should not be disappointed, but you will not be blown away. I am glad they are back though.

This is a great album. This is as good as The Real Thing and Angel Dust. I would recommend it to fans of Faith No More and Hard Rock in general. The songs are really good.

Everybody wants new faith no more so now you have it. Listen to it twice and you'll like it better the second time around....got to get back into the groove after so many years without an album.

This album takes me back to '90s style Faith No More...Angel Dust, Fool for a Day, etc. Not the "epic"-ness of Epic, but a very solid offering by these legends of great, not ordinary, rock.

1997 was the last time these guys put out an album and it was worth the wait. Sick songs that continue the bands progression as if no time had gone by. A must have.

I really don't have anything else to add that hasn't already been said. This is a great disc. Doesn't even seem like they haven't released anything in 18 years...

Though it sounds like Faith No More I do not think it is their best album. I think it is a great album by itself, but it is no Real Thing. I feel it has to much melody and not enough metal.

FNM return like they never left. They have made a solid record that SOUNDS like Faith No More. Heavy, funny, rocking, and well made, its a good return to form!

This long await cd did not disappoint! This band can transition between musical styles with easy. A musical treat for everyone, not just Faith No More fans.

For an album 17 years in the making, it fits everything one would expect. Great songs and a great attitude. It's almost like they didn't take a break!

Was skeptical as most reunion albums aren't that great but Faith No More is BACK! Classic FNM. Would liken it to Angel Dust/King for a Day.

ever so fitting that this is the same lineup as the album of the year cause think along those lines for if you would like this album...
