I really like these to listen to pop and r&b. They sound really great. The highs are crisp and the mids are perfect. I do not recommend these for hip-hop or dubstep or any bass heavy music. The V8 or V10's do a better job of handling bass than these....still great pair of phones tho.

These are my favorite for traveling as they come with a bag to hold them as they collapse down for storage and are easily assembled for sound when needed.

After reading poor reviews on Beats and the headbands, I was introduced to these by an associate. He bent back the headband completely and I was sold. The sound quality is great for the price and a nice bass level. Totally recommend these for travel or commuting because they are comfy...unless you have earrings, I'd recommend taking those off before long trips.

These headphones are perfect, they break down nicely and have great sound.

Sol republic are the best head phones you can buy. This is my second pair and I will never buy another brand!

I like these headphones especially if you get them on sale.Beats, and bose are awesome but very expensive. i use these to go to the gym.

He loves them, I have to remind him that it is not necessary to have the headphones on all the time. You can eat , sleep, and take a shower, I think without them on. I did buy the protection plan, after all he is a 16 year old.

I purchased the Sol Republic Master Tracks headphones in early december to use at the poker tables. I was interested in quality sound, comfort, and the ability to block out some ambient noise. I typically wear these headphones for 4-8 hours at a time and am very pleased with the quality of music (though the bass could be a little better). The only major downside of the product seems to be the comfort. After an hour or so my ears need a break (not from sound but the pressure and warmth.). The other drawback is that the inline control for volume does not work with Android phones (pause does though).

The sound quality of these headphones is better than some other more expensive brands that I own. Very comfortable to wear.

I personally didn't care for the sound of these headphones. It was crystal clear, but very flat. That might be the intention of the headphones though since they are more for "studio" quality, than just boosted sound like Beats. I ended up trading them in for the V12 Tracks headphones that sound amazing. Highly recommend the brand, and these are great if you're looking for a more flat sound without over boosted base or treble. They just weren't for me.

I was very reluctant about paying so much money for headphones. These are really worth it. The sound is great an noise reduction is great. Great to have on when studying when people around you are loud. I really do not wearing them around outdoors, I switch to my ear buds.

Growing up I was a Dj and had lots of different headphones to cue music but mostly to listen to tracks when not in a gig to get familiar with the sections of the songs. Well there give you great depth to help find the spots you want to mix into your playing.
