I tried these both on my android then on my iPhone. The volume on the Android was poor, and was slightly better but not up to par on the iphone. In the end I returned these due to the lack of overall volume. There has to be better headphones for 99 bucks.

I got this for my son. He loves it because it is versatile. He uses it for gaming and listening to music. And I don't have to listen to his music while listening to mine.

These headphones broke and with in two months the sound was really good though.

I was and still am an avid fan of the beats by dre headphones, but I must say that these are some of the best headphones that I have owned. They are very comfortable, and the sound that they produce is great. The base is just right and I hope they stay as durable as they have been.

These are my favorite pair of over-the ear headphones. They are so comfortable and the sound is awesome. I love that it has the right amount of base for each song...not too much bass like the beats headphones. I like that they are affordable as well. You can't go wrong with these headphones, and you can also change the headbands to fit your mood or style.

My husband and I each purchased a pair of Sol Republic Master Tracks after falling in love with the in-store demo product. Wowza! Previously, I've only heard this clarity of sound, beautiful treble and base, in much higher-priced cans (and normally not sold at big box stores like Best Buy). We are impressed - for under $200, you can have $500 quality sound....love these! I can turn it up all the way and not get any speaker shake or any sound struggle/static with deep base or pierce-like treble - just clear take-me-away music. I also love the sleek design and the way you can perfectly custom fit the cans to your head (I'm 5'3" so my head is smaller)...some reviewers have mentioned that the fit can be a bit tight and I can see how that might be true for those with larger heads, but not sure if the "tightness" goes away after breaking them in? I personally enjoy the snug fit as I normally have headbands that slide off my head. The cans are firm yet super soft and really help you get lost in the sound, eliminating ambient noise. These are not noise-canceling, but I actually like that I can hear a tiny bit of what's going on around me, especially when in a public area. The volume control on the cord and the carrying case are also sweet bonuses. I use these cans daily with either my Macbook Pro and/or my iPhone 5S.
