I mostly listen blues rock and the sound quality is excellent. Some people complain about the pain by the round part of the earbud; it did for me too at first but became comfortable after a couple of weeks use. The only complaint for me is the wind noise. No cord noise. There is an annoying wind noise when wearing on a windy day outside.

I got these at Christmas time for a great deal. But even if I had to pay full price these were well worth the price.

I wear glasses so having normal headphones with a band hurts my ears over an extended period. Using In-ear was the best option, however, they always fell out when my face muscles moved. These manage to stay in regardless of my movements and on top of that the sound quality is great!

These have a good audio and bass on all types of music. The volume controller stopped working after only 2 days. I have returned them.

They fit nicely and comfortably in my ears. I am disappointed with the sound quality and of course the controller is not compatible with my zune. So far they have lasted longer than other earbuds.

I sweat a lot and workout for an hour or more at a time. I really have a Hard time finding ear buds that don't fall out. Well these work great! The sound won't blow you away, but it's good. The packaging really looks like this is for the ladies, but guys don't be afraid theyre not girly.

I wouldn't recommend for deep sound. It has an overall cheap feel to it. And feels flimsy.

Fit really well in the ears and were comfortable to where during rigorous exercise. The sounds was not at all good. Very bad bass and high treble. Slightly surprised by the bad sound due to other Sol Republic head phones and earphone that I own.

I was a bit doubtful when first purchasing these earbuds because I had the privilege of trying these earbuds at a vendor show where Sol Republic was set up. They fit well for running and other activities where normal headphones would fall out but the lacked in comfort. Now after receiving my pair and getting 4 different sizes included for the inner ear they fit great. The sound is top notch, I listen to a lot of songs with bass and they deliver better than even my current Bose shark fun style earbud. I also own a pair of Sol over the ear and I have to say they are the most impressive company next to Bose. The cord is also a great length, no more of the short cord that cannot reach your pocket. If you are looking for a workout headphone or just a small, discrete and affordable great sounding earbud give these a shot.

I bought these to potentially replace some six-year-old Sennheisers that cost about the same ($80). After using the SOL Republic Relays, I will keep both. The Relays fit snugly in my ears, so that's great for walking, jogging, running or otherwise being active. My Sennheisers had a tendency to work their way loose pretty quickly and worked better when I'm just sitting. However, the Relays can become a little uncomfortable after wearing them for awhile, but that's going to be determined by the individual user. Unlike my Sennheisers, they are also moisture-resistant, better for active use. The sound quality of the different pairs is quite noticeable. The Sennheisers are noise-cancelling, but the the Relays block out a good share of background noise as well. Bass is far more noticeable on the Sennheisers, as even some New Orleans swing provides a nice rumbling on the low end and helps create a richer, more fuller sound. The Relays have a clear low-end sound, but the richness of the Sennheisers isn't there at all. The same goes for the rich resonance of a folk music stomp box not coming through on the Relays. That said, the Relays are crisper and clearer, especially on the mid-to-high end, and the Sennheisers are slightly more muddled. Overall, the Relays are very good, better for active use than my Sennheisers. They work very well on rock and pop, but if you want a more complete sound for blues, jazz, folk or classical, you'll want to look elsewhere.
