This charger just fits on bac and the doorbell actually attaches to it, never have to charge batteries if there’s enough sunlight

Completed a review on BBB site as a complaint with this terrible experience. AGAIN-I am the customer and shouldn’t have to be contacting you to make this problem solved. Referencing Store Order #1125064415104 Product: Solar Charger for Ring Doorbell/Battery Charger Ordered 3/5/25 Expected Delivery Date 3/11/25 UPS damage/product missing Tracking Number: 1ZW493440348321570 A damage has been reported and UPS will notify the sender.Tue, Mar 11, 9:48 a.m.WAUSAU, WI According to your business details and Special Orders: Special Orders * A Special Order is any item that is not regularly stocked at Pacific Sales and is ordered *This was a special order specifically for you.
