not quite up to STAR WARS standards but good in it's own right

I love the original Star Wars trilogy and expanded universe, but was hesitant to see this film based on feedback from friends. The movie is okay, but the humor feels forced with the story dragging at times. Recommended for die hard Star Wars fans. Otherwise, you can live without it.

Firstly, the only thing wrong with Solo, as a film, is that no one went to see it in theaters. I think that has as much to do with lingering anger over Last Jedi as it does with anxiety over the troubled production. In any case, the movie is great. The Blu Ray is pretty good. Picture and sound are fantastic on my setup. The bonus features are a little lacking. I would’ve loved an insightful commentary from director Ron Howard and perhaps a second track featuring select cast members. However, the round table interview covers a number of the stories that usually wind up in a commentary and is very fun to watch. I just wish there was a bit more in the way of behind the scenes content. Other than that, you can’t go wrong with Solo on UHD!

This was a great film and to finally get it on 4K.

Great movie, great price. Will be buying more movies.

Love It Wife & Kids Love It Great Movie Super Big Fan

This was a great look at the beginnings of Han Solo.

I consider myself a pretty big Star Wars fan, so I was really surprised to hear about all the negativity surrounding Solo, A Star Wars Story. It was a lot of fun! I very quickly got over Alden Ehrenreich not being the spitting image of Harrison Ford, because he played Han so well! Donald Glover is great at Lando, and all the new characters were really cool, too. I feel like this movie really caught a bad break due to the outspoken "fanboys" who were boycotting it for silly reasons. I think if those so-called fans would give it a chance, they could really enjoy this movie. I know I sure did!
