The Solo New York Ambition Urban 17.3" Backpack is perfect for travel. It has an easy-access laptop pocket, which makes it really convenient on the go. Comfortable to carry and very practical.

The build quality for this pack is remarkable for its price, I’ve had it for about two-ish months now with no meaningful wear and tear. I wear it on my commute to and from work on my bike carrying my uniform, a book and a journal, and a mac air m2 with various accessories, totaling to around 30ish pounds, maybe. Because of this, I would say that the only thing that really feels lacking is that the straps feel not well suited for such heavy loads over a longer period of time. I’m not the worlds most well postured person, and I think this bag has started to wreck some sort of havoc on my upper shoulders, so even though this bag has plenty of space in its main pocket, in addition to the laptop pocket, I wouldn’t recommend loading it up with too much stuff, especially if your laptop is on the bulkier side.

Special one for all my devices and tools, looks pretty amazing and protect over everything dust liquids, had some compartments that you can organize well everything also glasses and others you use daily I love it and recommend to everyone eyes closes, i save my laptop and MacBook bro chargers mouse earbuds usb and external memory, tools glasses so much and well organize.

There's not a lot of quality backpacks available if you've got a larger laptop and this bag is great. I have a Acer Predator Helios 18 and this bags fits the bill perfectly. The laptop compartment is large enough to fit my computer, even with the neoprene sleeve for a bit of added protection. The description says 17.3, but an 18 will fit. It's a bit tight at the corners so I usually use the sleeve, but it will close and it is secure.. The corners of the pocket have a little bit of padding, but I wouldn't count on them if you drop your bag with the computer inside. Other than the laptop section, there is a TON of storage space. The next compartment is very wide and easily fits a gaming charging brick, controller, mouse, full size headphones and other crap with room to spare. There are 3 more additional storage pockets on the front of the bag along with a smaller pocket on each side at the bottom, which are perfect for a charging brick or smaller items. Lastly, there is a small discrete storage pocket on th eback of the bag (Circled in the pic) Overall, its a great bag with a ton of room.

This is an awesome backpack for your laptop! It’s safe, plenty of room, & and at the very least you can fit 2 gaming laptops with all the accessories you need, I know cause I’ve done it when I was working out of town for 7 months!

Super great bag! Needed a bigger bag for my laptop and Bestbuy had it! 10/10! Very spacious with many pockets for my laptop, charger, and multiple cords with still room to spare! Also has some nice hidden pockets to put your keys and personal belongings! Thank you Bestbuy!

The material is strong and comfortable. This laptop bag has a lot of compartments for your laptop, keyboard and mouse. I've only ever needed to use on this bag but there's 3 you can use plus the multiple pockets it has. I cannot recommend this bag enough for the wonderful price.

Nice everyday backpack but its a bit on the bulky side for me personally

It does what it needs to do and I feel like my laptop, drone, and Acton camera are safe.

The bag is great, it protects everything inside and fits my gaming laptop pretty easily.

Want a backpack for your computer and enouhh space for your other stuff then this is the backpack for you. That being said it is a bit expensive so you might wait for a sale.

Solo Ambition Urban 17.3" backpack is a high quality and very nice roomy backpack for frequent travelers. It is a great backpack for School or Work or Travel. The Backpack looks very orange and i really liked this design where the exterior is black but the interior is orange. This gives a very trendy look to the backpack. Pros: 1. Bigggg bag - With 27L capacity, this is really a great backpack for travel. It has so much of room that we can throw in anything that we want starting from a 17.3" backpack, ipad or tablet, computer accessories like keyboard, mouse and charger, battery pack, storage drives, flash drives, memory card, camera, business cards, pens, jackets and much more. If you are really looking for a backpack that has tonnes of storage then go for this backpack. 2. Very large padded laptop compartment - The Laptop compartment is very roomy. It will easily fit a 17.3" laptop and still there is sufficient room. The back of the laptop is padded which provides great protection to the laptop. 3. Middle compartment - This is the main packing area. This compartment is roomy to keep any of the additional devices like tablets or ipads, laptop accessories like Charging cables, keyboard, mouse, battery pack and it even has space to keep a jacket. 4. Front pockets - There are two front pockets. The top one we can slide in a table or ipad easily or we can keep some smaller notebooks. The bottom pocket has the organizer section where we can keep the pens or Storage drives or cables 5. Side padding - The backpack has sufficient padding on both the sides to provide sufficient protection for all the gadgets. 6. Back padding - Back padding provides comfort for the back when carrying it as well as provides great protection for the laptop inside. The back strap also slides over the luggage handles. 7. Padded Shoulder straps - The shoulder straps are padded that makes it really comfortable during travel. It is really nice to see how solo has designed this backpack. 8. Side compartments - They are padded but not enough padded to keep our sunglasses in. Solo has done a nice job in providing the side compartments with zip which will be really helpful for people who do lots of traveling. 9. Back pocket for security - There is a hidden back pocket for added security. It is hard to even notice it when looking at the backpack even close by. That makes it really a great option to store some of the important stuffs like memory cards or flash drives or even the wallet. We can let the whole hand into this pocket making it really a big storage. Cons: 1. No separate compartment on the sides for keeping the water bottle. Even though there are side compartments they are zippered and may not be suitable to keep the water bottle. It would have been nice if atleast one of the side compartment did not have a zip so that one can keep their water bottles.

I like that all the compartments zip up. I'm not wild about the orange lining, but it's okay.

This backpack holds everything, with plenty of space and multiple pockets. At the back is a pocket dedicated to laptops, although it could be used for anything. See picture of my 16” laptop in the pocket with plenty of room to spare. If I have a significant complaint at all about this backpack, I wish the padding in this compartment was a little thicker on both sides. It is probably adequate, but I would have liked to seen a little more protection for my expensive laptop. However, because the backpack is so spacious, my laptop will fit into the pocket in it’s protective travel case. Therefore I put the laptop already in its travel case in the pocket for maximum travel protection. The iPad/tablet pocket has no padding at all in this separate compartment (see picture of iPad inserted). However, I only use this pocket for clothes, usually a jacket, so not a big deal. If you were planning on putting other equipment in this pocket, you would want some other type of protection between the iPad pocket and the rest of the compartment. This compartment is huge. Fully expanded, this compartment is a full 6”deep (front to back). The single jacket I mentioned earlier gets totally lost in this compartment. It would easily hold a bulky winter coat and more, or lots of other clothes. One word of caution. If you pack this compartment full, along with the other compartments, the backpack will not fit under most plane seats becoming an overhead bin carryon rather than a personal item. The backpack is nice looking and quite comfortable. There is padding on the straps themselves as well as the shoulders and lower back sections of the back of the backpack. One of my favorite items about this is the strap to slide over my suitcase handle for effortless and secure riding on the suitcase rather than on my back (see pic). I already mentioned multiple compartments. However, there is more. The front lower compartment has multiple pockets to keep everything separate and organized. Velcro closures on some of these pockets would have been nice, but don’t exist. Will probably add some of these myself. There are also two upper front compartments that hold a lot of my stuff. Add to that two smaller side zipper compartments and a back secure pocket (wallet space) and you get the idea of how much space there is in this backpack. I was a little surprised at the lack of actual technology in this backpack. There are no backup battery connections, headphone connections, or even special access holes for these. However, definitely not a deal killer. The bottom line is that this backpack provides more than enough fully zipper enclosed compartments with additional pockets inside to hold all of my stuff and keep it organized at the same time. The construction seems quite sturdy-time will tell as I have only used it for a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend.

Backpacks for laptops and other tech devices have a reputation of being ugly but functionnal. In the case of the Moscoe Solo Ambition Urban 17.3 Backpack, we have functionality AND appealing design. Let's start with the exterior. Moscoe has put in the extra effort as it is classy and yet somewhat casual. The material, the zippers, the pockets enhance the overall quality. For more comfort while carrying, there are paddings for shoulders and back. The bottom seems reinforced in order to protect the fragile content. The inside is simply awesome. The orange themed compartments complement the exterior beautifully. There is room for a 17.3" laptop. But it can accomodate smaller models as well. As you can see on the pictures, I have used the second sleeve pocket for my 13" drawing tablet (it very likely is big enough to stash a tablet in it). There are plenty of options to store all of your cables and adapters, mice, keyboards (TKL, not full size) and whatever else you might require on the go. Everything is well protected from the elements and it can absorb minimal shocks. The bottom line: I don't know how I used to live without this backpack. I can only recommend it, especially to people (like me) who have to carry their laptop around frequently.

I can honestly say this Solo - Ambition Urban 17.3" Backpack is already the best backpack I've owned. It's attractive, durably made and has loads of storage options. I love the orange stitching which adds visual interest. I comes with a fully padded 17.3" compartment for your laptop, plus another compartment for an iPad or tablet. There are loads of pockets, which include two front pockets, two side zippered pockets. A back pocket is included, which you can securely place items you wouldn't want anyone to easily access. If you travel a lot, it includes a slip pocket to slide over luggage handles. The inside pockets all match the exterior stitching in bright orange and is a cool touch. The zippers seem heavy duty and operate very smoothly. Wearing the backpack is very comfortable, with padded back shoulder straps, which can be easily adjusted based on your personal dimensions. There's a carry handle and carries 27 liters (7.13 gallons), which is a lot of space. The materials appear to be premium, but I don't know exactly what the backpack is made of, but it appears to be a high quality polyester material, which should be waterproof. I did some research and Solo Backpacks are highly regarded for durability, functionality, style and they back up their products with a 5 year warranty. That says a lot about the quality in itself. For the price of admission, this is an awesome backpack, which holds your tech gear plus plenty of space for other items. You couldn't possibly go wrong with the Solo - Ambition, you can couldn't.

Big! This roomy and cushioned backpack held everything I needed it to hold. My 17.3 inch gaming laptop, my iPad Pro 11, chargers for laptop, iPad and phone, my small portable scanner, a hardback book, my action camera and mini tripod, and all the important things I travel with, so I don’t have to worry about an extra bag, my purse, when I travel. This backpack is made so well. The bottom of the main compartments are deep, so I don’t have to stuff things in the them. They held everything comfortably. There is a hidden pocket on the back that doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb. That’s a great place to hide driver’s license, other ID, wallet, change purse, airline tickets, etc., and on the back are also the straps to hang your backpack on the luggage satellite handle. The backpack straps are adjustable, which makes this great for all sizes of people. The front of the backpack has 3 pockets. All of the external pockets on the backpack are zippered. The interior has organizers as well. The colors are black and safety or neon orange. It’s made for a male or female. It’s well cushioned, and I feel safe for my technology to be in there.

Over the past 30 years I have used numerous soft computer cases, that after a few years of daily use, they just fail to stay in one piece. So seeing this very cool looking computer backpack from Solo on the Best Buy web site, I just had to have it and give it a go. I couldn’t be happier! The Solo - Ambition Urban 17.3” Backpack incorporates numerous zippered pockets all over this soft case, with internal compartments so many I just stopped counting. I was able to transfer all of my current laptop, computer accessories, paperwork, business card, day planner, and overnight goodies over to this Solo and there is so much more additional room to spare. The build quality is excellent. All of the zippers appear heavy duty, along with the backpack rear straps. Doubtful they will fail anytime soon, if at all. And I have to mention the back side padding, very nice touch, Solo thought of everything. Overall a very cost effective, extremely well made, great looking computer backpack! And I have really bonded with the concept of the backpack versus using carrying hands or a single over the shoulder strap as I have done in the past.

This is a very well designed, stylish and functional backpack. It can easily hold my 17 inch laptop, 10 inch tablet, power cords and other small peripherals (mouse, adapters) and still doesn't look or feel bulky. Overall the backpack is well padded. Specially the padding on the shoulder straps makes it comfortable to use. There are a number of pockets (two front, two side, 1 back) to hold all those small items that you need to carry. I also like the Orange color. It looks very stylish and at the same time it makes it easier to find items inside the small pockets. My old backpack has black pocket insides and I always struggle to find smaller items like USB sticks etc. The material seems to be high quality and probably is waterproof (haven't tested it yet). It comes with a 5 year warranty which I think is a good indicator of quality and the trust that Solo has in its products. Overall, I am very happy with this backpack and would definitely recommend. It easily holds all your stuff and is still very comfortable to carry. Go ahead and buy it, you won't be disappointed.
