Attractive look, but pretty flimsy

After using it for a few weeks now, the zipper is often difficult to use, the panels of the bag are flimsy and collapse easily, and the bag does not hold its shape whatsoever unless there is a laptop in it, making it a big useless as a daily bag for when NOT carrying your laptop with you, which I sometimes do but still want to have a bag like this for my other work stuff.

Nice looking, not functional

You have to pack everything in there just exactly right or the side with the laptop will fall backwards every time. I got it for a descent price so I went ahead and bought it, but I would not buy it again.

The clip for the shoulder strap is terrible. When I first I clipped my shoulder strap after travel it broke. I am now using a mismatching shoulder strap on my brand new laptop case.
