I purchased this case about a month and a half ago and have traveled with it on numerous occasions. It has good storage space and numerous pockets for my laptop and accessories. HOWEVER, the seam on the shoulder strap is (for me at least) in a position where the bottom of the strap is constantly scratching my wrist. I've adjusted the bag several times but have no had a huge amount of success in avoiding the scratches on my arm. Easily alleviated through wearing a long sleeve shirt, but still a problem.

The bag fits all of my work folders, my laptop, binders and other general resources in their own unique compartment. The overall fiction and look are great! The only complaint is that the shoulder strap isn't wide enough, it does slip off my shoulder from time to time!

This wasn't exactly what we were looking for but it works very nicely. In seeing the picture now, I realize the shoulder strap was missing on ours so I may see if we can get one for it. It's a great product and the sale price was great !!

So far this is a very good laptop bag. Plenty of room, good pocket organization. My only beef is the same with all laptop bags: I'm a big guy and the shoulder strap is too short. But again, that's the case with almost every bag I've used.

Easy to carry. Laptop and cables fit well. Zippers can be tricky to close.

I can fit my laptop and school books in this bag and it not be bulky. I wish the over the shoulder strap were longer, but I still enjoy the bag.

The bag is good, but unfortunately, there was no belt in the bag to hang the bag on the shoulder. But in the description there is a belt. I notice it only when I come home

I like the two zipper compartments so I can separate my paperwork from my laptop. The shoulder strap has detached a couple of times without me even trying so I use the handles instead.

the side zippers under the pouch on the outside come loose too easily and loose items might fall out as you are walking. I tried securing the zipper itself with a cable tie to keep it from moving too much and it worked for a little while but eventually the zipper itself was pulled from the "teeth" so now one side is completely open and won't close at all. Aside from that, it's a useful bag, holds my laptop, my iPad, keys, phone, and other items i need for work.

It worked for a while but in 8 months zipper broke and won't close. It has a 5 year warantee from the company so I have to send back to repair or replace. Too bad, it is nice and rooomy for college notebooks besides laptop , cord, and supplies.

Only complaint for this bag would be against the plastic clips that attach the shoulder strap to the bag. Would much prefer the metal ones.

The bag gets the job done and holds all of my belongings. However, the zipper is awful.

The shoulder strap broke within the first two weeks. I need to return it for replacement or repair.

I got two of these bags with missing the shoulder strap on both. I called, representative told me this item isn't available for exchange, unfortunately I have to return the item or he can give me 10 dollars discount blaming manufacturer for missing straps. It's a harassment to customer just because bestbuys shipping team is careless. It happened to me second time in 3 months.

I don't use my case very often but it has held up for my light use. The only problem I have had with it is the key chain latch (which is plastic) comes undone when I use the shoulder strap, the latch pops open and the whole case with my computer in it comes crashing down on the concrete! (I now only use the grab handles.)
