This is a no go.

If you carry the computer by the hand straps the front Velcro flap opens up. Of all the Bestbuy products the laptop computer cases are the worst products they offer.

Bestbuy shipping team is careless

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got two of these bags with missing the shoulder strap on both. I called, representative told me this item isn't available for exchange, unfortunately I have to return the item or he can give me 10 dollars discount blaming manufacturer for missing straps. It's a harassment to customer just because bestbuys shipping team is careless. It happened to me second time in 3 months.

Good but faulty

Once, Best Buy was kind enough to replace it for me, but other times I have to contact the manufacturer and go thru a whole complicated process to get just the strap replaced. Not worth the trouble.

Had looked over other carriers and this perfectly fitted our needs. This not only was the replacement but the perfect Christmas gift.

Not worth the money

In turn, every time I set my laptop bag down the handle falls off.
