didn't last, zipper doesn't close

It has a 5 year warantee from the company so I have to send back to repair or replace. Too bad, it is nice and rooomy for college notebooks besides laptop , cord, and supplies.

I got it for Christmas but the strap buckles already broke - they had a pin which fell out and now the strap does not connect t o the bag.

However, after about 2 weeks, I picked it up from the floor and noticed a paper clip underneath it which I picked up and threw away. Didn't realize till later that was part of the clip for the strap. Now I just use it with the handles. Still a pretty good case for the money. Everything fits.

I carried it for two days and the threading around the shoulder pad began to unravel. The trim around the shoulder pad was coming off completely. I took it back and after looking carefully over the same bag (as replacement), I went with a different brand.

The carrying strap is not in the middle of the sides, so it does not want to hang straight by your side, it wants to tip outward. Good thing it was cheap.

I had to return the bag and found a better solution on-line. For this product, Best Buy's selection wasn't as good as it could have been.

Bag does not fit the Asus G752VS gaming laptop
