The noise cancellation is perfect & the quality of these headphones is fire! My wife and I both purchased a pair to use when we are in the gym. The volume is great & the headphones in general from the time you open the box until you turn on Bluetooth is an incredibly easy process. We both love how the headphones also show the battery life as soon as they connect. Also, the battery life is as promised and we usually get a good solid 12 hours after charging them.

However, I did have to wait a very long time for assistance and then it was not bad but not extremely knowledgeable of the product. I am an older lady but I do understand technology.

They are the most comfortable wearing headphones I've ever worn and that's very important because the battery life lasts for several hours, while at the same time never loosing its quality of sound and it has a very far Bluetooth receiver distance. And if you your in a rush trying to get to the gym or wherever and realize you forgot to charge your beats headphones, no worries because just a few short minutes can great increase the battery charge to easily get you through your workout
