While a sequel to King Kong this film is no slouch to it's original source. Well made and produced for the time (1933) It is a fun look back at the era and I am a movie nut and this is a perfect movie on a Friday night.

If you're a fan of these movies then this is a must have but the I found it just a little too pricey to give it five stars. Wish they just bundled Kong, Son of, and Mighty Joe Young together.

Thought this would be interesting. Loved the original but this was lacking all the excitement the original had. I suggest renting it. Not worth buying.

Love the movie, much clearer than the dvd but not sure it was worth the money to upgrade to blu ray.

While not as good as Might Joe Young or the original King Kong, it is still entertaining and a must for either classic sci fi fans or King Kong fans.
