My son is completely deaf and this clock wakes him up every morning right on time! We have not tried the phone option yet and probably won't use that part, but he loves the clock!

I don't use an alarm often and have only had the clock a couple of weeks. The flashing light and bed shaker woke me but, without my hearing aids, I did not hear the buzzer. I have the phone alert on, but I have not had a phone call in the night to test it yet. I use a CapTel phone in another room during the day.

It wakes my teenager up that say it all and the vibration option is fantastic I would recommend this for anybody that has teenagers that will get up

I have been looking for an alarm clock that I can count on to wake me up my whole life, and I finally found it! It is very loud, and you can adjust the pitch of the alarm to whatever one is going to wake you up. I have not tried putting the vibrator under my mattress - I put it under the pillow and it vibrates very strongly and the sound of the vibration on the wall wakes me up, too. The only problem is that the product description did not explain what it meant by the phone call alert. This feature only works if you have a landline and can plug the alarm clock into a jack - then it will go off when you have a phone call. It does not work with a cell phone.

Bought one alarm clock, it had a defective snooze button. Returned and exchanged that clock. Second clock had a defective display and rapid countdown on alarm. Does this company have inspectors? Returned this clock for refund. Won't be fooled again.

I bought this alarm clock for my grandson. This is the only one that he is able to get himself up and ready for school all the other alarm clocks we purchased for him he would sleep right through them.

Shook entire bed when it woke me in the morning. Too strong of a vibration.

It works! & Love it! Once it goes off, I just get out of bed.
