Loud enough for hard-of-hearing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the first time in years I can hear the alarm clock, and just in case I don't hear it, there is a "shake" (really vibration) feature that really works. I put the unit up against the headboard, and it is like someone knocking on the door. It isn't so loud that I wake up in fear, but plenty loud enough to rouse even a heavy sleeper or hard-of-hearing person like me.

It gets the job done.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It wakes my very heavy sleeper. It is the only alarm that has managed to do that. It is very loud! The part that vibrates must be attached to the alarm so the clock itself has to be next to the bed if you want to use the vibrate feature under the mattress. Therefore there is the potential to turn it off and go back to bed. I prefer to place alarms across the room to reduce the temptation of turning the alarm off and going back to sleep.

Awesome alarm clock

BEST CLOCK EVER
