A great look into the musical history of these 8 different cities. Listening to the stories of all the different artist was enjoyable.

A great, in-depth documentary on the making of the Sonic Highways album. Really fun to watch the stories behind the songs and the recording of the entire album.

The Foo Fighters are my favorite band and this documentary does a wonderful job of telling the making of this album.

If you a Foo Fighters fan then you will really enjoy this series. It is mainly related to Dave Grohl's own experiences and influences and is very well done.

Loved this entertaining documentary series which explores the musical history of eight different major cities. Commentary from many influential artists & producers. Covers many genres including rock, punk, blues, country & funk. Of course I'm partial because I'm an ardent Foo Fighters & Dave Grohl fan, but this series is fascinating for any music fan. Great Foo songs written to reflect the influence of each city visited. It's sure to lead you to listening to artists you never have before.
